We stayed in a Japanese-Style Twin Room, and it was so cozy! The futon bedding was surprisingly comfy, and we loved the traditional vibe. Plus, the room was really bright and clean. The owner, Shinko, made us feel super welcome every time we came back. The location right across from the ferry was a huge bonus for exploring the area. Only downside was the bathroom size felt a bit cramped. But other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

Ask about unique local dishes at the restaurant. they graciously tailored meals for us beyond the standard menu options, enhancing our experience significantly.

The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of age, indicating a need for slight renovations to keep up with modern expectations.

the warm welcome we received made our stay even better, and being just a few steps from momijidani park allowed us to soak in the beautiful scenery and enjoy leisurely walks through the stunning island landscape.

I had an unforgettable experience. the traditional dinner was a culinary journey, and the cozy futon setup was surprisingly comfortable. Only drawback was the size of the bathroom.

This place was an excellent fit for a fleeting stay in Itsukushima with great value-to-price ratio. The owner went out of his way to prepare a tasty vegetable tempura dish just for us when the restaurant wasn't officially open yet. Try the local delicacies if you get the chance!
